If you follow me over on Instagram (if you don’t erm why not) then you will have seen that I paid a visit to a hair salon in London this week: Muse of London.

I get so bored with how my hair looks and I always see new exciting hair styles, which make me want to change my hair up continuously. I blame Pinterest for this. I have an inspiration board full of awesome hair styles, cuts and colours. If you don’t believe me, just check out this post here where I show how much my hair changed in a space of a year. Muse of London is in a prime location in Central London, only a short walk from Oxford Circus Tube station, it is slap bang in the middle of the hustle and bustle of city life. What I love about this salon is that it is TIGI’S ONLY Exclusive London Salon. I am a ridiculously huge fan of this hair brand, and I own a zillion of products from TIGI. My favourites being the Masterpiece Hairspray, Headrush Shine spray and Manipulator. It all smells SO good – and just take a look at that packaging! A lot of “upcoming” celebrities are apparently huge fans of the salon such as Diana Vickers, Vicky from Geordie Shore, Danielle from TOWIE and Shenae Grimes from 90210. I love getting my hair done so I was super excited about going. Having recently had my hair cut shorter, I decided to just pop in to get my roots done. This was the original plan anyway. Like I said, I get distracted very easily by Pinterest and when I came across this image of Rose Gold hair, I knew that was what I wanted.Mark the salon Stylist, did such an amazing job. From start to finish I knew I was in good hands. He made me feel really comfortable and he got brownie points for switching on the salon massage chair whilst I was getting my hair washed. He put foils of blonde highlights throughout my hair, ensuring they would look as natural as possible, and finished up with a peachy rose gold toner which he whipped up himself.

Depending on how frequently you wash  your hair, toners should last 2-3 weeks. I haven’t washed my hair for 4 days now and it still looks great.Thank goodness for Dry Shampoo hey! I am going to treat it to a hair mask tonight to ensure it stays in a nice healthy, soft condition after all the colour  being put through it.

I think I may have finally found my colour, one that I will stick with for a while. I am definitely going to go back for a toner top up and blow dry at the end of the month – just in time for my friend Megan’s birthday. Nothing makes me feel better like a fresh do.

What do you guys think to the colour? Would you ever experiment with your hair?

This shade looks incredible on you; like you I get so bored with my hair, I’m constantly swapping and changing it up and I’ve definitely got the urge to change my hair again. I’ve had my hair blonde for a year now which is probably the longest I’ve ever stuck with one colour for, but I am still undecided about the length; I’m currently considering going a little bit shorter, but after seeing that amazing colouring, I may have to look into that too! Damn you and your flawless hair (and face)!

It looks really lovely, the colour suits you! I have never dyed my hair, can you believe that? I have pretty long hair and with a post GHD addiction I steered clear of hair dye as I think it would have fallen out!haha… I am tempted by trialling a tint as a ease in to dying!

  • I just came across this post on Pintest and I’m bummed that this was 6 months ago. I’m hoping you may still have a picture of the back of this cut? I’m taking it for inspiration to my stylist.
