Beauty blogger reviews the Richard Ward Chelsea Collection Styling Products

Towards the end of last year I was introduced to a new range of hair products, brought to you by Richard Ward. I have previously tried and tested the Argan Collection, the review of which you can read here, but this consisted mainly of Shampoo and Conditioner, oh and a hair mask. I thought it was time to test out some of his styling products. A girl can never have too many styling products right, riiiiight?
Well, for me, I can never have enough dry shampoo as I go through so much of it. Lazy girl hair issues (don’t judge me). The Richard Ward Keratin +1 Day Dry Shampoo is really lovely. It leaves a very refreshing sensation on the scalp, and does not leave that annoying white residue that a lot of dry shampoo can leave behind. I just like to spray a few bursts around my crown and through the back of my hair just to rejuvenate the style that I have at the time. I find I can use this 2-3 days in a row (again do not judge me) and my hair still looks nice and healthy and not caked in product.
I think out of the three I have here, the Richard Ward Keratin Shine Vitamin Boost, was the one that had me most intrigued. To be honest, I thought this would be just some kind of toner for the hair, maybe to give it more hydration or something, but it actually appears to do more than that. My hair feels healthier on spraying this through damp hair, but I can also add this to dry hair to give it more life. This is one that I will use when I need my hair to look alive again after a tough couple of days, down to over styling or just not looking after it properly. We take vitamins daily to help our body’s function, so why not give our hair a health boost too? It reminds me of Bumble and Bumble tonic.
Richard Ward Anti-Ageing Hair spray, is nice, but there is nothing special about this. I like the smell and I like the fact it holds a style in place without feeling sticky or heavy. However, I am not that huge a fan of hair sprays in general as I find my hair just becomes dry from over use of them. If you have fine hair and struggle to find a hair spray to suit you, maybe give this one a shot.
What is your go-to hair styling product? Leave me some recommendations in the comments.

I’m currently testing out the shampoo and conditioner and I’m so impressed, although I’ve found it can leave my hair a little *too* clean if I use it every single wash (if that is even possible). I’m definitely intrigued by the styling products now though!

You can never have too much Dry Shampoo on hand. I think I brought home ~6 cans of Colab with me when I came home from Europe since we can’t get it here in the States yet. I’m almost done with the lot of them already o.o

I’m liking the sound of the vitamin boost product. I would definitely give it a try. My go-to hair product at the moment is the Garner Ultimate Blends Sleek Perfector Oil, smells gorgeous and it truly works.. Winner! xx

That argan oil hairspray sounds lovely! I’ve been loving dry shampoo in general just to style and lift my hair.
