Premium Beauty Tools #BootsBeautyBox
Over the Christmas period I received my very first #BootsBeautyBox packed with Premium Beauty Tools. This is a new category to the Boots website and these new products will only be available across 200 of their top stores. When I opened the box I was over the moon, as I love gadgets and I shall look forward to testing all of these products properly. I have not yet had chance to try any of these gizmos out yet, or the skincare, but I thought I would show you so you know what to expect from Boots in the future.
The Foreo Luna*, I have seen across the blogosphere and have been dying to try it, so this will be the first one I will be testing. I shall do individual reviews on these gadgets rather than trying to squeeze my experience into one post. I believe this to be a facial cleansing and anti ageing device which uses a special technology with the soft, silicone brush giving you a deep yet gentle cleanse which helps to improve the absorption of your skincare products.
Now this next tool, I had never seen or heard of before, so I was of course intrigued immediately. The LAB Galvanic* allows for deeper cleansing to decongest and unblock pores. This helps serums and cleansers penetrate deeper into the skin, thus allowing you to get the most out of your skincare. It also provides lifting and firming results apparently. I am excited to see if this actually works as it looks very high tech, so it seems promising.
As for the skincare, Hydraluron* and Philosophy* are two brands I have never actually tried before. I am yet to use the cleanser but I have been really keen to test out Hydraluron after seeing this brand feature on Caroline Hirons Instagram feed a few times. The Moisture Jelly is cleverly packaged, so you only need to press down on the pump once and out dispenses the perfect pea sized amount. I literally felt like I was putting jellified water onto my skin. I have only used this the once, but I loved the texture and how it made my skin feel.

It isn’t a monthly subscription lovely, I think they just send out the odd box when they have a new launch happening 🙂 It was part of the beauty tools campaign! xx

This is such an amazing box, need to look into it the premium tools category as I had no idea Boots even had that. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Hydraluron Moisture Jelly to be honest, it just didn’t suit my skin personally, but I would love to try out some products from Philosophy x

It’s a totally new category! Such a fab idea! I did try the Philosophy cleanser over the weekend, and I actually wasn’t wowed by it, it is a nice cleanser all the same. x

I tried the cleanser last night, and it didn’t really have much of a smell, but it was a nice cleanser all the same 🙂 I was over the moon opening the box 🙂 x x x
