Christmas with Origins

Up until recently I was a complete and utter Origins virgin. I know, I know, how dare I call myself a beauty blogger having not tried one single product from this brand? Well, I was very kindly invited down to Selfridges, London to visit the new Origins Interactive Counter in the Beauty Workshop, I was very excited to get to know this brand and finally get to play with the products I see so often appear in the blogosphere. 

If you have not been down to the new counter, I highly recommend you do so. They have so many fabulous gifts to get you ready for Christmas. and gifts aside, they even have an area where you can give yourself a pre-festive season pamper. The new space features a dedicated mini facial area where customers can relax, try products and enjoy their consultations. This is a completely complimentary service, and I will certainly be booking myself in. 

One of the little gifts that you can only exclusively pick up from Selfridges is this adorable Origins Christmas Bauble Gift Set. Once you open it up it offers you five of the best selling Origins treats, including GinZing Refreshing eye cream, Make A Difference Overnight Hydrating repair cream, Clear Improvement Active Charcoal mask, Drink Up Intensive Overnight mask and Modern Friction Nature’s gentle dermabrasion. 

I absolutely adore my new Nanette Lepore for Origins cosmetics bag, it is super pretty and I will be travelling back home for Christmas with this snug in my handbag. Nanette Lepore is a world renowned fashion designed known for vibrant colours and feminine prints reminscent of cultures from around the world.  It is made out of 100% recycled cotton and I just adore the red motifs. 

As for the Ginger Collection, the delicious citrus infused aromas of lemon, bergamot and tangy ginger have completely won me over. It is such an uplifting fragrance, perfect for winter nights by the fire – I wish I still lived in Mallorca with our open fire. Did you know ginger is great for soothing tired joints and muscles due to it’s warming abilities? Another great reason to stock up this Winter. I have been using both the body scrub (£25) and the body wash (£19) and my skin feels super smooth and silky soft, very impressed overall.
