The Brow Essentials
It is no secret, my eyebrow routine is not only an obsession of mine, but a life essential. I will go as far to say it is just as vital to me as is the air I breathe. Maybe I am being a little bit dramatic. Nevertheless, there are only a select few products that I reach for to help me create the perfect brow. What are these tools that I can not be without?
My first love and still we hold a long life affirming relationship, is that of my M.A.C Cosmetics Brow Pencil in Fling. THE perfect shade of blonde. I may go through these like there is no tomorrow, but that self propelling, self sharpening, brow defining action is like no other so I just keep coming back for more. I have literally lost track of how many of these I have bought.
Anastasia Beverly Hills, is the Queen of the Brows and I wish I could give her a high five for creating DipBrow Pomade. I use the shade in Blonde, and it gives the most impeccable finish. The long lasting creamy finish does not budge. I use my Crownbrush Syntho Brow Duo brush every single day to brush my brows into shape and to apply the pomade along the arch. It is such a fab brush and a great price too for just £3.99.
Some recent discoveries are my Benefit Gimme Brow, why it took me so long to jump on this bandwagon defeats me but now I use it for those days where I want natural brows in a hurry, but still defined, if that makes sense. I try to channel my inner Olsen eyebrow with this product. Redheads and blondes the perfect shade of blonde is here, thanks to Paul and Joe Beaute Eyebrow Liner in 03. I love the density of this pencil, and the packaging is just super cute. It isn’t too waxy, nor too soft, tis just right.
Not usually a fan of “brow sets” I was surprised to fall in love with this Too Faced Brow Envy Kit*. These are great for my professional make-up kit, but I rarely hold a kit like this in my personal make-up bag. However, I just love the blonde brow powder and the staying power is incredible.
Finally, if I ever lost my Tweezerman Pointed Tweezers. I would be very, very upset.
