Too Faced Cosmetics are definitely one of my favourite make-up brands. Everything I have tried from them so far is yet to disappoint me, I have fallen in love with the Too Faced Cat Eyes Eyeshadow Palette* recently and today I am here to tell you why.

Everyone loves a cat eye, it is that timeless look that is
carried through from season to season. From ancient Egypt to mod 60’s and punk
80’s to right here, today. It is an iconic beauty essential which every girl
wants to master.

This palette contains nine matte, shimmer, and glitter
textures
in both warm and cool tones, suitable for all to experiment with.
Three of the shades are a special wet and dry formula for when you want to
create a more intensified look or when precision lining for that perfect wing tip.
For those that get a little scared when applying eye shadow,
do not fret. As always, Too Faced have provided a little Glamour Guide which
offers step by step application instructions for not one, but the three
different looks: Day, Classic and Fashion. My personal favourite is Day as I
love the bronze and brown tones, they really make my eyes pop. I find brown is just
super easy to wear whether it be day or night. If you don’t want to play it
safe, the purple shades are absolutely stunning.
I use the Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eye primer underneath any eye shadow
application, but even without, these shadows are really long wearing and on
my oily lids hardly crease at all.
A note on the packaging, as with all of the Too Faced
make-up palettes, I love the “Tin” style container. It means your eye shadows
are well protected in a nice sturdy casing, plus it just feels more
professional. This one is extra special with a gorgeous leopard print pattern,
it just gives it that fabulously glamorous edge.

To create the look above I used Tiger’s Eye in the Inner
Corner
, Leopard all over the lid and slightly winged out, and Panther in the
outer corner, along the lash line, slightly winged out over the Leopard shade,
just for more definition.
