Organic Surge Fresh Ocean Shower Gel | My Thoughts
Organic Surge, a brand I had never heard of before, won me over with their Fresh Ocean Shower Gel. I rarely talk about my “Shower Routine” but come to think of it, it is just as important, if not more so, than my daily make-up routine. I shower every single morning – purely because I think I would fail to wake up otherwise, never mind trying to maintain high levels of personal hygiene, obviously.
In the past I had never been bothered about what shower gel I would pick up, and usually would work my way through whatever was left over from the usual Christmas gift stash, then down to the cheapest bargain in my local supermarket.
This last year however, I have become more savvy, and now I try to use as natural and as organic a product as possible. So you see, I knew I would instantly love Organic Surge. A brand 100% free from SLS, Parabens, Synthetic Fragrances and Colourants, factors that are so important to me. I even use organic house hold cleaning products now (if any clean freaks would like to see a blog post on my cleaning routine, then this is something I am dying to discuss, don’t judge me).
The packaging, has to be on form, otherwise it will not ever escape my beauty cupboard. Organic Surge really have got it spot on. I love the blues, the metallic grey hues and the font, yup, I am a lover of a strong font.
Organic Surge Fresh Ocean Shower Gel, really has become my skin’s best friend, the fragrance is beautiful, packed with lemon, rosemary and lime essential oils, it is just the right combination of flavours to awaken my senses of a morning. It gently lathers up into a soothing foam which instantly feels hydrating on the skin. I love a good wash and love feeling super squeaky clean without the god awful dryness which usually follows. This beauty makes my skin feel divine. I love the scent so much I really want to try out the matching body lotion too. I love brands that pair up body washes and lotions, layering up your products is great to get the most out of your favourite fragrances.
For only £4.75 you are hardly going to break the bank, so why not go ahead and treat yourself? I have a feeling I will have to buy a new one soon, the boyfriend just will not keep his pesky mitts off.
