Infinity Make-up brush Collection

Quite possibly the most exciting package to land on my doorstep?
Introducing The Infinity Brush collection* from Crownbrush UK.

Guys, you should have seen my little face light up when I read a tweet from Crownbrush telling me that their Brand Ambassador, Karla Powell, was sending me a little present!

One. I LOVE CROWNBRUSH! If you follow my blog regularly you will know how much I love their products… make-up brushes, palettes, disposables.. as a make-up artist, these guys are my GO-TO brand. Two. Karla Powell. is a Legend. Just throwing that out there. I follow all of her work and I love how she inspires so many and just never gives up on following her dream.

I was so honoured to get the entire Infinity brush collection sent out to me to review, and I can now tell you guys, these brushes are just absolutely incredible.

8 brushes complete the collection ranging from the price of £4.99 to £16.99. I have said it before, but will say it again, the price point, hands down, is just awesome when you take into consideration the amazing quality of the brushes.

This
new range has been specifically designed to create a flawless finish,
whether that be with powder, cream or liquid products, without
absorption into the synthetic bristles. Not only that, something else
that I love about these brushes, they are Vegan friendly too!

Crownbrush UK Foundation brush

This is, as you probably have guessed by the name, a foundation brush. Now, I have never used a pointed foundation brush before so this was quite a novelty for me. The first thing I made a note of was just how soft these brushes are, they are suuuuuuper sonic soft. This particular brush I used with my liquid concealer. I found it more suited to getting into the nooks and crannies of my face, around the nose and underneath the eyes. A normal foundation  brush just doesn’t quite reach these areas seamlessly, but this one certainly does.

The Flat Foundation brush reminds me of some of my Kabuki brushes with the flat top. I love this brush. It is the perfect density and shape for applying liquid and/or cream products. I find it is best suited to areas such as your cheeks or forehead unlike the Pointed Foundation brush. I also found this great for blending whilst contouring, it really did give a flawless finish.

This is the type of foundation brush I personally use, I just love the finish you get after buffing liquid/cream foundation over the skin. The best application is when you buff in small circles around your face, I start off in the centre of my face usually and work my way outwards. I also used this for blending in cream contour/blusher. I love brushes that you can use in a variety of ways and this one you certainly can. It is very similar to the HD foundation brush that you can only get in the 7pc HD set, so for those who have the HD set and want another one of the foundation brushes, this Small Round Buffer is for you. I absolutely love it and I promise you will not be disappointed.
This is the “Cheek” brush. You can create gorgeous cheek bones with this brush or simply apply a pop of colour to the apple of your cheeks with one simple stroke. Angle brushes like this are fab for applying cream/powder blusher, and even the most novice make-up lover can not steer wrong. Did I mention how soft these brushes are??

Everybody uses eye primer, and if you don’t you jolly well should. This brush is perfect for applying primer to the eye lids. If you use your fingers, like I used to do,  you will be surprised at the difference using a brush like this would make. I used this with M.A.C Painterly Paint pot and it went on like a dream.
Ever wonder why half way through the day that spot you splatted concealer on in the morning is making a cheeky appearance whilst you eat your lunch? This is because you probably forgot to set it. You can use this brush to apply the concealer, with a gentle stippling action, and once happy with the coverage pop a bit of powder on it with the same brush to set the concealer in place. The majority of people forget to set concealer but it is important that you do otherwise it will only slide around your face. With a brush like this you can apply the liquid/cream concealer with great precision and cover your blemishes in next to no time.

I have been needing this little brush in my life, it has been a god send. I loooooove contouring my nose, why, because any trick to make it look smaller, I am all over it. I had been searching for THAT perfect brush to make contouring my nose easier but never felt satisfied. Until, THIS beauty came into my hands. So this Angle Contouring brush, is simply my Nose brush. You may also use it for more detailed contouring of your cheek bones, but pah, this bad boy is for my nose and nose only. If you are reading this and have absolutely no idea what I am talking about I have written a post on Contouring and Highlighting with easy to follow tips, you can read this HERE.
Last but not least, another great brush to apply concealer. I tend to use this brush for applying under eye concealer as I can get it right into the corner of my eye where those dark circles really start and blend it outwards effortlessly. You can also use this for around your nose, lips and your chin, basically, wherever you want to cover up blemishes and need to blend your concealer.
These brushes do not come as a set, so if you are sitting there thinking, do I really need all of these brushes? Do not worry, you can buy each one individually and custom build your own mini flawless face kit. As a professional make-up artist I would highly recommend these brushes, and I am so happy to own these little beauties. Whether you are wanting to update your own collection or think someone else needs a new foundation brush, any one of these would make a great gift.
If you would like me to post a YouTube video on how to use each of these brushes let me know in the comment box below and I am more than happy to do so.
I hope you enjoyed this review guys!
See you soon,
