Gifts from Santa 2012

Some of my lovely gifts
 Hello Lovelies.
Here I am joining in on the What I Got For Christmas posts*! I have loved looking at what everyone received from Santa this year, so I thought I would do the same and show you guys some of the things I got.
*Please do not read this if you think I am showing off or bragging, this post definitely was not written with that intention…
This year was the first time I have been away from home during the festive period, I have spent it in Mallorca with my boyfriend and friends. I thought I would get really homesick but I have had the best Christmas and loved every second. We opened our presents in the morning and then later on I went on Skype to chat to my family. I bought my sister an iPad Mini which she absolutely loves and used it to Skype me. Technology is fantastical isn’t it 🙂
We ate Christmas dinner outside on the terrace and had lots of drinks and got very merry. My favourite part of Christmas dinner is the sprouts! Love a good sprout I do.
Onto my Gifts from Santa…

I have wanted a Clarisonic for bloomin ages, I bought my mum one for her birthday (which was two days ago) and could not believe I was buying someone else one before even getting one for little old me. Santa had left me lots of presents under the tree, but my favourite has to be this. I had no idea I was getting this, so was absolutely chuffed to bits to find my boyfriend had bought it me. I shall be posting all about this genius gadget soon so watch this space to find out why I love it so much.
My boyfriend also got me a Playstation 3 with the Harry Potter Book Of Spells game!!! I got so excited opening this, I have wanted this game since I saw the advert on TV at the start of December. Anyone who knows me, knows I am a massive Harry Potter geek so this gift was perfect for me.
I got a zillion other games to go with it but my favourites include Rayman and Tekken 2. Yes, that is right fellow gamers PS1 classics, you cannot go wrong.

What I wore Christmas Day….
As well as the goodies in my photographs, I got lots of new pyjamas, some slippers, a dressing gown, and a life time supply of chocolate – the usual suspects.

One final note, Christmas is most importantly about cherishing the ones you love, not just about opening presents. I always think about those of you who may have lost a loved one, this time of year is especially hard and I just would like to send you a virtual hug. My Dad passed away and sadly will no longer be with me at Christmas, but I smile knowing he celebrates with me from Up There.
2013 is nearly upon us, be thankful for everything that 2012 has brought you, the good and the bad, and embrace the new year with open arms.
See you soon,
